Polarizing Microscope

The B-POL is an ideal inexpensive student or Industry type monocular polarizing microscope. Equipped with all the standard polarizing accessories, such as Bertrand Lens, Lambda and lambda /4 wedge on a single slide.

The variable 6V 20W halogen illumination offers sufficient illumination for polarization type application.

Rotatable 360 degree stage with degree scale allows user to define mineral specification.

Condenser 1.25 Abbe type is mounted on rack and pinion for adjustment and is equipped with iris diaphragm.

The inverted INV 300 microscope is available in both Relief Phase Contrast or Bright field.

Illumination is variable 6V 30W with a low form co-axial mechanical stage as standard equipment. See list for INV300 and INV300PH standard configuration.

Relief Phase Contrast  provides crisp 3D relief effect with high contrast sharpness and improved depth of focus.

This quality Inverted Microscope is designed for viewing of metallurgical specimens, etc in bright field. Photo tube provided.

Illumination is Halogen 6V 30W variable by base mounted rheostat.

Polarizer and analyzer provided.

Stand is of full metal construction with coarse and fine co-axial knobs, with limit of travel setting.

Specimen Table is 180 x 155 mm fitted with specimen clamps. The co-axial drive mechanism has a travel of 75mm x 50mm.
